Plumbing
Webster plumbing is dishonest and unwilling to honor their
faulty service. We were in the process of buying a home in Morris Plains but
were living in Chicago at the time. Our home inspector recommended having a
section of the pipe replaced to prevent problems in the future. Mind you that
there were no leaks when the inspection was done this was a preventative
measure. The sellers hired Webster plumbing to do the work with a very
expensive $1,000 price tag. It is horribly disappointing that the sellers used
such a dishonest company. The first time we flushed a toilet the pipe leaked.
We had Webster Plumbing come look at the damage and they
would not help us, they claimed the pipe didn?t leak when they left and offered
no warranty on their service. This is shoddy work because the pipe wasn?t
leaking before they came and it was leaking immediately afterward. Webster
Plumbing quoted another $1,000 to fix their fault.
We refused to give them any more money and used another
local company, Paul Cullen Plumbing who fixed it for $960 (tax and all) and
gave a 1 year warranty on their work.
Spare yourself the unnecessary expense and headache don?t
use Webster Plumbing.

It went very well. They responded in less then half an hour. They got the water company to come shut off the water. They had the whole job done under an hour.
