It was more than I wanted to spend and I wouldn?t go to the man again for anything, not even a dog house. He was only friendly with my husband and it seemed like any input I had was not worth anything. They didn?t level the ground when they put the foundation in and I can?t park in the garage because they didn?t move the house over enough. He kept telling me that the garage would be alright but I can?t angle my car into the garage. They put a thermostat in the den where the fireplace is and I told him it wouldn?t work because it gets a false reading when we have a fire on. I did not have a good experience. The house was supposed to be finished in August and it wasn't done until November. I will never use this man again.
