PROCESS WAS SURPRISINGLY PAINLESS. I SHOPPED THE RATES AT SEVERAL LOCAL BANKS, BUT GATEWAY DELIVERED THE BEST INTEREST RATE, LOWEST FEES, AND NO POINTS.
