Mr Gallo couldnt find a leak that someone else did where repaired the roof but pached it with a cheap tar fix i had to temp fix until the spring and get it fixed the right way, He said he walked the roof but could not find the leak it took another contractor to find the leak and reapir it  for the time being until the winter is over. This roof is garenteed by this guy but he cant find a leak.

I did use them at my second home.  My only concern with them is that they took a long time from when I signed the contract to when they finally did the job.  This is at my shore house so what I ended up doing was getting maybe five or six estimates, I decided that I wanted to use a local roofer.  The town where I have my shore home was one that had a lot of devastation from Hurricane Sandy.  And I wanted to put the money back into the town so I used a local roofer who was also who I see signs all over the town, he does a lot of work there.  My negative was the fact that by the time the contract was signed that he came out to it was longer than I wanted him to and but it did get done one day and as far as I know all of the work was professionally done.  One of the reasons I did it was because I was getting leaks.  I don't have leaks anymore so I guess that's a sign that it was done right.

Weeks had gone by and they hadn't shown up and they were not responding or answering any of my calls.  Eventually I received  a call from the owner, Don Gallo, and he wanted to know when the gutters were going to be installed.  So without my knowledge, Don sent a crew to my house to do the work.  They just showed up unannounced and they were planning on installing metal on my roof, which was never even discussed as an option.  Also they are quoting me more than $200 extra from what they orginally estimated.  I spoke with Don and told him I needed a new estimate in writing detailing what I was going to have done and he told me he'd get it to me but never has, which is fine with me.  I consider myself lucky to have been home when the Gallo crew showed up unannounced or they would have done the wrong job and sent me a bill for work they I never asked to be done, nor did I need it to be done.  I felt very uncomfortable dealing with this company the entire time.

The job overall went well.
