He promised to do the work and did not complete the job. I paid him in full ahead of time. I consistently been trying to get back in touch with him but have been unsuccessful. I tried to take him to court and he did not show up.

I called and spoke to the owner's wife. She asked for the property address and the work needed to be done. She took my contact information and I informed her that I would be in the area within the next week. I was informed that Mr. Evans would take a look at the job. I never heard from anyone. I eventually used another contractor

He had a good crew to level the sand bottom. Needed a pump truck to pump in concrete and level. Crawl space is now completely dry. Had 6 flood vents installed and two door panel vents. Originally the flood vents after installation did not operate correctly. He immediately came out and corrected the vents that were not functioning properly. Sean Evans was very responsive and I was pleased with the final result.
