E & C Residential Management

Steve at E&C residential management has been a HUGE help for us. We currently live in Maryland and recently purchased a rental property in Brigantine. Being 2.5 to 3 hours away with a baby, dog and cat it can be really difficult dealing with multiple contractors, deliveries, utilities, trash days, new neighbors, the city, and the list goes on. Steve has been our eyes, ears and boots on the ground with the headaches of renovating a property from three states away. He has been documenting the progress of the contractors work. He has been sending pictures when he brings packages in the house. He emails us checklists of his visits and call us after speaking with contractors. He even went over and fix a small problem with our heat after being notified by our nest it wasn’t working. It was also nice to know with strangers in and out of our property everyday we had a trustworthy, reliable and local set of eyes on our property daily. Steve’s prices are more than fair for the peace of mind and help we have gotten since working with him. Wether you are managing a VIBRO yourself, a ShoLocal, or a summer part- timer E&C is a extremely useful service and I highly recommend it.
