 + -1 moreCape Windows was 3 days late in arriving. Didn't answer most phone calls asking when he would start. Brought and installed about 25% of wrong color materials before we were able to examine closely. Rather than tear up we allowed them to continue. Workmanship was substandard. Damaged walls, trim, ceiling fans, etc. Because of no response for one year, we were forced to go to Small Claims Court to settle. Check consumer feedback on the internet. You'll see complaints from other folks.
Description of Work: Removal of carpeting, installation of hardwood flooring.

 + -1 moreHe was very on top of getting back to me. He returned every phone call and stayed on top of the job. There was never a point where I was waiting to hear back from him. He was definitely professional, he was here the whole time. It was a fair price and quality installation. I can't think of anything negative. They were punctual and there was never a time that I was worried that they wouldn't show up. They actually did the job faster than expected.
Description of Work: Cape Window Coverings and Flooring LLC did 1100 square feet of hardwood floors and stairs.
