Ok...few times there were small issues about not being familiar with locations of parts of system. Not significant enough to not hire them again. When owner came he was very knowledgeable.

They are an excellent company. The owner is wonderful. I have a contract with them. They also give discounts if you do it earlier which we usually do. They are very professional. The owner's wife and mother-in-law also work at the office. The older guy there does the servicing and other stuff. They are all very professional. They show up when they say they are going to show up. They are very pleasant. They are willing to help if there is ever a problem. They come right out. We never have to worry about anything. They are a pleasure to work with. I've had them for years. I've been with them since 1997. I think for the work they do, I have no problems with what they charge me. I have absolutely nothing that I could possibly say wrong about them. I would use their services again in the future.

After researching many irrigation contractors, we found Michael to be upfront (no sales pitch), very knowledgeable, punctual, and highly experienced in his profession. Michael told us how the process would go, who would be involved in performing the job and patiently answered our questions. In addition, his administration assistants always got back to us promptly and were very knowledgeable. On the day of our sprinkler installation, my husband was incredibly impressed with how neatly they worked and how organized the process was. We have a new irrigation system that know was installed properly by folks who have the credentials to do such work. Total Turf was only slightly higher than the companies that lacked credentials and what one would expect to see with an established business (work trucks labeled with company name, references from major golf courses, contracts with those establishments etc...) Total turf 's price was also much lower than 2 established companies who sent salesmen, rather than the contractor himself. We appreciated the fact that Michael sold us what we needed, rather than extras that could have been left out. He was honest, professional, to the point , kept in constant contact with us and did an excellent job.
