After a strong storm, we lost a limb on a 55 year old gigantic silver Maple in our backyard.  I called several tree services to inquire about an inspection and Falkinburg responded immediately and sent someone over.  The manager pointed out the poor health of the tree and provided me with several options that were available to me with a range of prices associated therewith. I opted to have the tree removed along with the stump.  The crew was meticulous and professional during the entire process.  They had to remove fencing to access the tree and had to lay down steel plating on the ground to allow the aerial truck to navigate my property without damaging my lawn or driveway.  When the job was completed, there was not a scrap of debris remaining on the entire property and everything was replaced in perfect condition.  They did a great job.

I also want to compliment the office manager Joy.  She was spectacular in arranging her crew's appearance.  We had several snow storms that struck on days that had been scheduled for work but she kept me informed of the delays (caused by mother nature) and was extremely pleasant to deal with.  She is a great asset to the business.  My neighbor was so impressed with the job done at my house, she too hired Falkinburg to remove her tree and received the same outstanding service.

This company clearly does not value all its customers equally. On my quote sheet, the foreman (and owner?) had written "REALLY??? I drove out here for this?!" This totally insulting comment was not hidden from me whenthe crew showed up one week late to do the job. Refused to schedule my sub-$1000 job at a time convenient to me. Very difficult to get them to schedule at all! Terrible!! A very uncooperative woman does the scheduling, too. Goodluck getting past her!

I love them!  They're very reliable and do great work.  Their pricing is very fair and I'll definitely keep using them.

They were prompt they were the most reasonable and were very willing to come. They cut all branches. Put them all in a chipper and blew off the entire backyard and deck. 
I would definitely use this company again.

I called for a quote the first week of March and they were able to get out to our property the following day.  I guess I caught them before the spring rush, as they were able to schedule our project the very next day.  Since our lot was empty (in the process of rebuilding our home), I think it made for a little easier job.  I could not be more pleased with the results and also appreciate the great customer service from their office manager, Joy.
I would absolutely use Falkinburg's again for my tree needs and highly recommend!

They were excellent. They did not break anything. They were very careful. They cleaned up well and you would not have known they were here doing the work. They were in and out within an hour. It was a very large tree.

Dealing with them was easy, Virginia was very responsive and the only company that called me back the same day. But they are so busy that it was 6+ weeks between when they originally quoted and the scheduled date for them to come. To be fair all the other tree companies I contacted had similar lead times due to all the trees that died from Sandy. When they showed up they were polite, professional and did a great job. They worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards leaving very little evidence they were even there. I would Definitely use them again.

Amazing work. These guys get great reviews for a reason. Removal of 4 GIANT oaks form my back yard very close to a new mahogany deck and,...my house. I will be using them again very soon mainly because the owners have an emphasis on safety. Their prices are fair for the work performed, if you have large trees to remove its sure one heck of a show as well!

They are very reliable, prompt, they call you back and I will use them again in the future.

The crew were very professional and did an excellent job.  The tree was removed quickly and safely and they did a wonderful job of cleaning up the yard afterwards as well.  I will absolutely use this company again in the future.

They were really great.  I really liked them.  I have had others and they were the best I have ever had.

I had requested an estimate from Falkinburg's to trim the trees on my property, price had not really changed since previous time.  Although I had not yet agreed to a date, when I called them up the day before Hurricane Irene hit and asked if they could do some of the  trees prior to the hurricane, they instead scheduled me for all of them for that Saturday morning.   

Definitely above and beyond and they DID NOT rush and did a professional job.  And this was with a hurricane coming in less than 24 hours.  Showed up with three crews and trucks.

This was not the first time we used them.  We called them previously when a tree was knocked down in a storm.  Even though it was not an emergency, they showed up that day, again with multiple crews and removed the tree and a twenty foot high holly that was damaged by the falling tree, again at a reasonable price.

They were prompt, professional, and did good work. I have no complaints regarding their service.
