Zuniga on Call LLC

Poor experience with Zunia. JC came out beginning of February for an estimate and told us they were scheduling mid/late March. Over a week later, they send the estimates (one for each room) via email with a big, blue "Review and approve" button through Quickbooks. I click the link to approve for all three and go purchase the required materials listed. Fast forward to end of March when I call for a scheduling update, and I am told that they do not know how to view the Quickbooks estimate approvals so I am not on the schedule. Apparently, customers are supposed to just know to email back rather than clicking the link. They just took a large remodeling job so they are not scheduling until end of May. No apology. No effort to try to fit us in. Just months of waisted time and now we are back to trying to schedule estimates.

I hired Luiz Zuniga to repair water damage from an upstairs resident leak. The water damaged the ceiling, ran down the sidewall and under the vinyl plank flooring. Luiz replaced the damage sheet rock in the ceiling, side walls, spackled, and painted. He also installed ceramic tile flooring, which came out beautiful. Special tile cuts were required around the hot water heater, which came out flawless! I’ve dealt with many contractors and experienced that they either start the job and disappear, or overpromise, and under deliver. I have to say, Louis did an amazing job! I’ve never seen anyone work harder all day, every day. He was prompt, knowledgeable, hard-working, resourceful, and able to pivot to correct unexpected issues. A true seasoned professional, who takes pride in their work, and it shows. I was very impressed with Louis, his work ethic, and I highly recommend him.

Went above and beyond replacing siding on an old house and did a great job cleaning everything up, and gave a good price. Very friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable

We'll I finally found a gem of a contractor. He did a beautiful job, was courteous and very professional. A master of all trades & I highly recommend his services.

I received a few listings for jobs in my area and received an mail from this company very quickly. I explained the job via Email and it as confirmed that request was easy and no issues. To date that was set by both parties was June 11 on Saturday @ 10 am. I called 2 days before and emailed the day before scheduled service and nothing. I wait 4 hours and no show. Very disappointed. If there was a family emergency then I am truly sorry but that should have been communicated.

JC was absolutely great to work with from start to finish.  Our girls' bathroom tile floor was cracked and needed replacement - he removed the old one and put in a new one for us, as well as a new cabinet (we decided to update that as well since we were fixing things up).  His hours are very convenient and he will work with you to fit YOUR schedule, which is such a refreshing concept!  He was professional and friendly to deal with from start to finish, and he left everything neat and clean after the job was finished.  We had him paint our daughter's bedroom in addition to this project, and were very happy with that as well.  
Would definitely hire him back again, and would absolutely recommend.  Very happy with his work.
