We bought the apartment for our daughter when she was going to school. They just remodeled some of the building. They have a doorman and they are really strict on who they let in. They are careful about who they let buy from them, you have to pass a financial board that will scrutinize people before they let you buy or rent an apartment there. It is very clean. They just remodeled the laundry and they have all new machines. The bus stop comes right to the door and it is very close to the subway. It is between 2 grocery stores and has a drug store downstairs. It is really an excellent location. They have a 24/7 staff in the building so if anything needs fixed you can always get a hold of someone.
