Short Hills Contractors

Started out good. Contractor used external contractors. Had no control of subcontractors. Left the property a mess all the time. Workers would point the finger at each other and not take responsibility. Questionable work even though all inspections passed. Work is defined as just good enough to pass. Only corrected or perfected if the owner complained otherwise did not fix mistakes for own pride of work. Owner barely ever on site and very hard to get owner to return calls. Great for price. If you are experienced and know what you want...this contractor is for you. You will have to control and manage the project. If this is your first home project -- be afraid -- very afraid. Various things I would have done differently if I had known better.
