We got a couple of estimates and Randy's was the least expensive. He worked with us to eliminate unnecessary painting (like certain ceilings and the trim in some rooms) so that we could stay within budget. He brought color selection samples and gave some really good advice about colors (but only because we asked for the advice!) The crew was prompt to arrive every morning. All the nail pops, cracks and dings in the walls were spackled and sanded, including a tough one in the ceiling. The crew worked steadily, carefully and quietly through the day and cleaned up after themselves. They were careful in moving furniture and furnishings out of the way and replacing them when finished. They worked so quietly - no radio - that we almost forgot they were there. Randy checked on the progress regularly even though it was hardly needed.
