Perfect Circuit Electrical LLC

Perfect Circuit electrician arrived on time for the appointment and after some testing was able to isolate the outage to an improperly installed connector between aluminum and copper wiring, put in by another contractor on a recent renovation project. Once the problem was diagnosed, replacement of the connector was performed efficiently.  In the ~7 months since the repair we have not experienced any further stability or outage issues - overall very satisfied.

The electrician missed the appointment window and did not call to let me know he would be late, or to reschedule.   When I called the office, the staff indicated they would call him and then call me right back.  After an hour  without a call back, I called the office again, and cancelled the appointment.

They were fantastic. Melissa was very responsive and promptly returned emails when sent. The techs were punctual, professional and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and neatly. Everything was completed exactly as scheduled and the cost was almost exactly what was quoted. Their prices were slightly lower than other quotes I had received. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.

We recently purchased a house that had aluminum wire and was supposedly pigtailed a few years back but sellers could not produce proper paperwork.We wanted to get this addressed asap as this was a serious safety issue. After recently moving in, we called around for a few quotes and found Perfect Circuit Electrical. I hired them because they were responsive to my call, answered all of my questions and had great ratings on Angie's List. The guys that did the work were great, they did a diagnostic check of the entire house for about $200 which is reasonable and fixed all major issues for a reasonable price. The two men were great and did a great job. We are waiting on a follow up on two items but I am 100% confident that they will follow up with us. I plan to use them going forward. Frequently did not show up and no phone call. Made a serious mistake in
installation that was a safety issue. Also, neglected to install surge
protector that was supplied by and recommended by generator manufacturer
and did not tell us. Both of these deficiencies were satisfactorily
remedied after I contacted Perfect Circuit. Several price increases as
the project progressed.

Called Perfect Circuit because my generator was not working during the weekly test cycle.   Perfect Circuit came the next day, and

installed a heater inside my generator.  They reset the generator and explained to me how to reset the generator in the future. 

This was not an easy service call.   It had been snowing all winter, and my back yard had a least 4 feet of snow and ice.  The

service technician had to plow through all this snow to get to the generator in my backyard.  Plus he was working in 20 degree

weather with biting winds.  The office staff is super co-operative and friendly.   This is a great company, and their prices are very

reasonable.  I am definitely going to use them for all my generator needs.

In early January 2013 I blew a fuse, and when taking it out to replace it, the button at the back of my fuse box also came out.  Thus I had 3 rooms of my house without electricity.  I decided it was time to upgrade to breakers.  I called three providers.  One didn't want to come and give an estimate unless I agreed to have him do the work.  He gave me some ball park numbers over the phone when I described what I needed. A second electrician came the next day and gave an estimate.  It was about $1000 more than the first person suggested.  I then called Perfect Circuit.  They said they couldn't come to give an estimate for two weeks.  I ran some extension cords. 
Perfect circuit came on Jan 14 and I had an emailed estimate on the 15th.  Cost wise they were about $1000 less than my second estimate and right about where I expected the cost to be after looking on-line at the cost of materials.  I said go ahead and they scheduled me for Jan 17th.  The electrician who was going to do the work came on the afternoon of the 16th to look things over and make sure they would have all material they needed.  (Since it was winter and we would be without power and heat while the work was being done we didn't want any surprises).  Two electricians came bright and early on the 17th and they were done by 3:00pm.  This was not a simple replacement since there were 2 sub-panels which had been added on after the original panel had been installed (for a washer and dryer in the basement and a pool).  All 3 panels were replaced with the one.  Also the new panel was larger than the old so the wall had to be opened up and of course extra grounding had to be done because of the increased amps.  The electrical meter was also raised to meet code.  They were very knowledgeable and answered all my electrical code questions by bringing out a copy of the code and showing me paragraphs which answered my questions..  They were easy to work with and were receptive to my ideas about how to run the grounding and connections to the main water supply.  They cleaned up well.
When the work was inspected by the township they found only one small issue.  The hot and cold water pipes had not been bridged at the water heater, which was not something really having to do with the installation.  However, Perfect Circuit came out the same day and fixed it.

Price was competitive, the explained everything to my satisfaction, scheduling was prompt and easy.
Administrative coordination at the back office was superb, as I dealt with 3 entities: the office admin, principal, and installers.

They performed an excellent job, were easy to deal with, were courteous and respectful, and were the lowest cost of 3 estimates. i will use them again for additional work that remains to be completed.

Scheduled appointment in about one week from time of call.  Charged 207 to diagnose the problem including first hours work.  Discovered it was a lose outlet connection at GFI which controlled several other outlets.  Whole job took less than one hour to fix.

EXCELLENT! They need to follow up on a couple small items, I have complete faith they'll be there for me.

The estimate that they quoted me was quite expensive but fair.  The person who came out seemed like a nice enough guy and I am not sure on whether or not he was the owner of the company.  He was quite courteous, very professional and thorough when he came out.

Ken, the owner stopped by and reviewed this project - we were highly impressed by his straightforward manner.The sizing of backup generators was a question, and our concern was what power would be sufficient to drive our 3.5 ton a/c - with Ken's help we decided on a 14kw kohler unit. Other companies were trying to sell us a 20KW unit, but the 14KW kohler had enough reserve amp capacity to handle the cold crank amperage of the a/c unit.Once the project got going, we encountered a few delays - because of township delay's in granting permits - but in this Ken and his team were helpful and let us know what was going on. His openness was highly appreciated.Once the project was completed, we had a test run and all appliances that needed to run ran well. We are completely satisfied with the project, and with Ken and his team's work.
