+ -1 moreWanted to make sure everything was in good working order on my furnace prior to putting my house on the market. Everything was fine, however, the home inspector found loose insulation on the door panel so Mike came back to address it the same day I called at no charge. Would definitely recommend them.

It is hard to find a dependable contractor that does a good job at a fair price. Carmine and Lioni Construction gets my highest recommendation.

Using angies list I tried finding someone to plow their driveway with 10 inches of snow and Carmine was in their neighborhood and willing to take the job on short notice. Carmin arrived within 30 minutes and quickly plowed the driveway. He even shoveled around the car that was in the driveway, I'd call him again

Description of Work: I called before the snow storm to get my grandmother on the list for plowing her driveway. They said j would get a quote via email, but I didn't. When I called in the morning to follow up, the said were surprised someone hadn't contacted me, but assured me we were on the list. At 7 pm the following day, they day of the snow storm, I heard from my grandma that no one had ever come. The girl in the office told me that the plow driver said he had spoken to me, which, he hadn't. Moral of the story; very poor communication among their group resulting in my 83 year grandmother having to shovel her own walk and my husband having to shovel her long driveway.

+ -1 moreWe needed to have the driveway plowed. We called a few places in the area. Lioni was the first to call back. They came and plowed the driveway within an hour of calling them. Carmine was very helpful and profressional.
Description of Work: We needed to have our very long drive plowed at the last minute. Carmine was a huge help. He took care of the driveway very quickly.
