Ted Ark from Golden Mortgage provided excellent service. He is one of the most honest people I have done business with ever. Pricing was competive with marketplace. The rate Ted projected during our early discussions was in fact delivered at final closing. Costs were as explained at the beginning of the process and fully discosed, no surprises. I would recommend Ted to a good friend or my mom, he is wonderful to do business with.
