I had a virus and they sent a tech over. They made it clear that it would be a flat fee and they would continue the repair until the service was complete. The owner continued to brag about the quality of his tech reps. It turns out they work full time else where and do this part time. That's Ok if they are good and can solve a problem, but their priorities were elsewhere. The $750 I paid entitled me to ongoing service for three computers at $50/hr. In short they didn't fix the computer and there is no way I would use them again so the money is lost. I could have bought a new computer for what I paid.
