+ 4 moreDerek was originally hired to replace a few water damaged hard wood floor boards in our living room. The extent of the damage was far greater than expected and extended to the sheathing the subfloor and the joists. So what was originally a small job, quickly became a very large job. In addition, we were placing the house on the market in a few days so there timely completion was critical. Derek came through like a champ. He re-arranged his other work, called in a top notch crew and repaired all the damage so well the realtors were amazed that everything was like new. I highly recommend Derek for his skill, conscientiousness and professionalism. I look forward to working with him again in the future if I have any Handyman needs.
