greater than expected and extended to the sheathing the subfloor and the
joists. So what was originally a small job, quickly became a very
large job. In addition, we were placing the house on the market in a
few days so there timely completion was critical.
Derek came
through like a champ. He re-arranged his other work, called in a top
notch crew and repaired all the damage so well the realtors were amazed that everything was like new.
