The project went excellent as planned. I have utilized DC construction (Dan's) services many times in the past and his work is superior. I had 3 rooms with hardwood flooring that needed to be pulled up and replaced with complete new flooring, as well as base and shoe molding and several new doors. I priced a few other contractors, as I always do for any work, and some were less on cost but also did not include the trim, and one contractor just wanted to put the new floors right over the old, going in the opposite direction. In my opinion, that contractor really didn't care. Dan has always been honest and upfront on the best options and I rely on his suggestions.
Dan and his workers always show up on time when they say they will. He is considerate and trusting so I have no issues with leaving him a key to the house to come and go as needed since I could not always be at the house.
I have one more room to complete for flooring and doors and I will have DC construction do that work as well. I highly recommend his services.
