Friendly, satisfactory optical service. Have the glasses approximately one year. I can see perfectly and the glasses are in good shape. I needed a replacement nose piece after several months, which I was able to obtain and have fitted and installed immediately.

They were excellent and very good. It was probably the best experience we had with home improvement. The cost was reasonable. They did not pressure us. They gave us good information. They were very professional and the salesman spent a lot of time with us. The person who came out came on time. He was very quiet. He cleaned everything up and you would never know that anyone was there that did anything. Some of the home improvement companies would not show up on time and would not do things properly but Costco was really very good.

The price was the best that could be found. Service was also great as they work with a delivery company that is very professional and courteous when it comes to scheduling a ship date and actual delivery of the items. They were prompt and friendly upon arrival. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I have used Costco 3 times to have HVS tapes converted onto DVD. I really have no comparison on the service for this, but they are certainly the cheapest. They have always been nice and the DVD's always come withing the time frame given.

.Costco has a really good guarantee on the items they sell.

The convenience they offer is excellent. You can call to have it refilled and by the time you get to the store, it will be ready. You can also have access on the computer to the prices of the prescription. They offer excellent service and you do not have to be a Costco member to use them. I highly recommend them and I will continue to use them again in the future.
