Terrible. They did not honor the price of the vehicle listed online on their website. We were there for over 2 hours and they tried to force us to take an "environmental package" for an extra $1400. When we asked them to drop this package- then they added another package for $1000. They would not drop both packages; they kept just trying to sell us the packages. They wouldn't take "no" for an answer! I'm so disappointed! They had the sale price of the car at $17,900 (after negotiating back and forth 3x, they came down to $17,500), still more than the advertised $16,999 we went there for. That's incredibly deceptive and wrong. When we called them on it, they tried to talk in circles about why the price was inflated.

Armando, Brian and Devin were excellent. They gave me their best deal possible when I first came in, and then let me leave, apparently confident that I would return. They were correct; I came back a few days later. I am very happy with the 2015 Nissan Sentra SV that I leased from them.

Sent specifics on a 2014 Altima I was trying to purchase and provided details of my trade in vehicle. Seth and Jesus provided written specifics in a clear manner that did not confuse (unlike many other dealers). Then I asked about financing options and again very clear details were provided. I decided to secure the purchase and pick up the car the following, car was ready, a thorough review of the vehicle was provided and in one hour I was out the door with my new car. Cant ask for anything better than that.

They've always been very efficient and very good to us. We like to know our service provider as opposed to going to an unknown place around the corner. We've worked with Bridgewater Nissan for probably 25 years.  The staff there are very nice and helpful.

Went in for an oil change. At the end of the service, the consultant came and said tail light was out, cost would be ~$35, etc. Overall, felt like it was over charged, and wasn't even sure if the tail light was really out or not.

After waiting for an hour, and being told the parts would have to be ordered, I came back for a 2nd time and had the and quot;repairand quot; done. The windshield wiper fluid worked when I left the provider, but ceased to work a week later.
