I like that they also operate the local Schnauzer rescue foundation. They put their focus on grooming and the animals, rather than getting caught up with the shop or sales of accessories. They have a very good process in their office. I can drop my dog off anytime before nine and I can pick him up anytime after three. It is to help the focus on the animals as well as to keep the animals very calm. I like it because to me it means that they can focus all of their attention on the animals rather than helping new customers or working with people coming in. The people who run the shop are very friendly and knowledgeable. It is a mother and daughter team, which I think is nice, because I can trust that they know what they are doing. I like that it is not just anybody off the street who is working with my animal. They are very knowledgeable about the breed that I own which is nice, because they can notice things that I might not or be able to point out things which might not seem to be important to me. I have had a very good experience with them.
