Computer Sales
They tend to be young people, but are not that conversant. They are college or high school students who know some technical things, but are not that good in analyzing and diagnosing problems or what people are saying. The full time people are much better on the floor, but they don’t have many full time people. The genius bar people are pretty good and it’s difficult to get appointments. Over the years it’s going to get even difficult to get to see people. The service is great and the management is very good. I have 8 Apple products which include an IMac, 3 or 2 IPads, 2 MacBook Pro’s, etc. I will continue to use them in the future.
