BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Do NOT hire Affordable Renovations!!! I Hired Dan Garcia based on his family?s company and reputation Dan Garcia showed plenty of pictures and gave references which looked fantastic. However, after my wife and I signed the contract Dan Garcia was a ghost. I hired Dan to finish a basement. The basement was blank and Dan Garcia was hired to finish the basement from beginning to the end. He did NOT finish the job. Dan Garcia did do some work but the bulk of all the work was done by 2 or 3 of his workers that had no clue what they were doing. Time after time I asked Dan Garcia about the poor workmanship and he assured my wife and I he would fix it. Mind you this was all via text message as Dan Garcia rarely ever showed up to do the work himself. Dan Garcia was very good at wasting Our money. Full five gallon paint cans left open with dirt and debris inside. Even 1 gallon cans of paint and stain were left with a brush inside wrapped with a towel in a corner where I could

I have had several contractors help in my home and Daniel at Affordable Renovations has been hands down the best. He is courteous, reliable, and very talented. I never had to worry about spotty work being done and never had jobs that just never seemed to get done. He helped me make a home gym out of an unfinished room in my basement (drop tile ceiling, flooring, molding, and painting). He helped me redo the facing of a fireplace. He has painted multiple rooms for us. We are currently awaiting permits to help him knock down a partition wall between our living room and kitchen to open up the living space. Next year we plan to have him redo the deck in our backyard. My wife and I highly recommend him.
