Rich is obviously a piano expert and has years of experience restoring and rebuilding pianos. Yet he came to my house and did a super job tuning my 40-year-old Sohmer spinet AND he fixed the 2 front wheels and the top hinge which were bent from a recent move.
I couldn't be happier with my piano and with the whole experience!
