Their representative arrived on the day and time agreed upon. He was friendly and professional and inspected my house both inside and out. While outside, he measured the perimeter of the house. He then came back inside and explained what he found and what the treatment plan would be given the location of the infestation and the habits of the termites. He was very reassuring that the chemical was not toxic to humans, pets or plant life. After I accepted the proposal, a time was set up for the technician to come and carry out the treatment. He, too, was professional and prompt. The treatment involved drilling holes around the foundation at 12and quot;-15and quot; intervals including through my driveway, garage floor and concrete porch. After the chemical was put into the hole, a small plug was put into the hole and then patched with whatever had been removed--concrete, blacktop or dirt. It took about a half day and everything was cleaned up and put back as found by the time he left.
Note--the above price includes a 5-year plan where they come every year to inspect, treat if necessary, and pay for any
termite damage that occurs during that time. ( Price without plan $877.00)
