We used TBI back in 2005 ish?? Not exact on the year but we were and still are very satisfied with the work they did for us on our front steps and walkway. In replacing the front steps they discovered we had another issue and that needed to be resolved before they could continue with their work. They could have said nothing but instead Bill Taylor pointed out the issue which could have cost us alot more money down the road.. and all these years later we still appreciate the job TBI did for us.. the pavers and front steps are still in great shape thanks to Bill Taylor's high standards and great work ethic. We recommend TBI whenever we can. Recently I visited a friends home who had TBI do work for them and their finished work had the same consistency, quality and beauty that I have come to admire and expect from TBI. Couldn't have had a better experience. I had a patio installed and they did an excellent job, cleaned everything up very well too. Bill is extremely professional and friendly and knew exactly what he was talking about, was very impressed when he made his presentation of work to be done, if you're looking for someone to hire for this type of work, hire TBI. I absolutely would for any future work.

Bill and his team did a great job building the new retaining wall to match an old one. I'll be using TBI for other work in the future.

The owner gave me the estimate and it was very professional and informative. He was very helpful and said he would be on site a lot. He told us it would take 3 to 4 days to do the job. It took two weeks with one rain day in there. We only saw him one time during this period. That is when I called the office with questions about what they were doing. The installers did not speak English so I could not talk to them. They did a great job and it looks beautiful, but. As they were working I wanted to add a little to the job and since the owner (English speaker) was not around I did not. The job was finished 4 days ago and I still have not seen the owner or paid for the job since no one has been around and I received no bill. No one from the company has asked if I was satisfied and happy with the job. I will say again it was done beautifully but customer service is very poor.

Our project hasn't been started yet, so I can't comment on work quality; however, Bill's presentation was most impressive, so we signed a contract and are anxious for the patio to be completed.

I was called the same day I emailed them to contact me. They came on the scheduled day. I came home from work that night to a beautiful clean leaf free yard. Will definitely hire again for lawn maintenance.

I was a new customer, having just purchased a new house on Halloween, only to discover that I had to almost immediately have the sprinkler system blown out and winterized . I had no idea who to call, and thought of Home Adivisor, whom I had recently used to line up another job. Good thinking on my part!

They were fast to schedule, came on time and the price was very competitive. I hired them for irrigation system, but will definitely hire them for other projects.

Service was professional and courteous. The work done was very detailed and thorough. To me the most important thing is the fact that he followed up with me during the entire job and afterwards to correct some minor issues. I would have no issues in hiring this contractor again.

I had to call to find out when I was going to get my estimate and work completed. Was promised it would be done by a certain date and it wasn't so I had to call again. Being spring, I understand it was a busy time, but updates or follow up calls should have been done. Once the work was done, I believe it was good value but had pay attention to what was being done. I asked a couple of times if they would remove the old mulch and was told yes but on the day of work, they started to put the black mulch over the top of red mulch which would have not looked good over time.

TBI was very professional from the minute they called me about my Homeadvisor request. They scheduled me in and were right on time with no hassle or waiting around all day. I would definitely use TBI Unlimited again. Thanks TBI

My experience with TBI Pavers was "awesome". The owner Bill sat with us at our first meeting and asked questions, brought books and took measurements. Second meeting he brought a detialed drawing and answered all of our questions, we knew exactly what was going to be done. His workers were on time and worked full days. We had three men working on our front and I can't begin to give these men enough praise, they were professional, respectable and the clean up that they did at the end of every day was outstanding. At the end of the project which turned out absolutely beautiful, they really did a wonderful job. I highly recommend TBI, Inc.

Came out very next day to servie my mother's lawn. Lawn looked great and the girls on the phone are very helpful and very nice to talk to.

It took a bit for someone to come out and give me an estimate. The office personnel were very friendly and returned calls immediately. Once my grass was cut, they did a very nice job. I was pleased.

He was on time with an excellent topsoil. Even though delivery conditions were not good, he was courteous, friendly and efficient. And we had some laughs.
