"We are sorry for your misunderstanding of the program you were involved in. We were given specifics by the program leader of what this job entailed and what work was to be completed. This job was given to the lowest bid. The part that you are describing was not included in the provided specs. This shows you can only do your best and not please everyone, as we completed all of the work that we were allowed to do by the program. As you mentioned you are still operating with no problems and the install was done on 09/25/2013."

to ensure that it works to its fullest potential. Despite their busy

schedule because of the cold, they were on time (earlier than expected),

courteous, and efficient.

I took advantage of my boiler breaking and used this time to convert to natural gas. The guys were very clean and answered all of my questions. I have gone through the whole winter and haven't had a complaint yet. I would highly recommend Johnson and Sons to all of my friends and family.
