Description of Work: I am a senior who applied for assistance for heating and hot water service. I applied through a regional grant program. Johnson & Sons was the company which was able to contract this service. Although they were on time, they did the job "half-fast":-). They did replace my heater and hot water heater; however, they did not originally replace the motor to the hot water heater. I had them here several times to rectify the situation. I would not recommend them only because they tried to get away with the least expense for the renovation. Both of the units have been working fine so far.

 + -1 moreJohnson & Sons came out in a prompt fashion and serviced the system to ensure that it works to its fullest potential. Despite their busy schedule because of the cold, they were on time (earlier than expected), courteous, and efficient.
Description of Work: Our heating system was having trouble keeping up with the intense cold.

 + -1 moreI took advantage of my boiler breaking and used this time to convert to natural gas. The guys were very clean and answered all of my questions. I have gone through the whole winter and haven't had a complaint yet. I would highly recommend Johnson and Sons to all of my friends and family.
Description of Work: I called Johnson and sons for an emergency call when I noticed that my boiler was spraying water all over my basement. Mr. Johnson came right out and shut the water off and pointed out to me where the piping was rotted out and was leaking fumes into my house every time that I used the heater. He gave me a great price for the replacement boiler and he and his crew came out to install it within a couple of days.
