We were very hesitant when we started the process of getting estimates for a new heater. Heating Specialties came and gave us an estimate. I compared the price to three other companies and chose Heating Specialties . There was no pressure and they answered all of our questions with a quick response. I found them extremely professional, very knowledgeable and efficient. We initially only wanted a heater replacement but decided to get an upgrade on our air conditioner too. The package was a great value and we are extremely happy with our new system. It is good to know that there are still companies out there that stand by their product and service and have employees of such high caliber. WOW, WOW, WOW!!!

Excellent job, very friendly, work completed faster than anticipated. Only hiccup was due to plastic they put down to protect from work being done, it left residual on glue and they had to come back a second time to clean it up.

I greatly appreciate when a company does what it says it is going to do and lives up to all of its claims and promises. However, Heating Specialities went beyond honoring its commitment. Every person in the company with whom I interacted was very professional. The men that installed our heating systems encountered a serious problem with the installation because the system being replaced was installed incorrectly when the house was built. Yet, they put in the extra time and effort to ensure everything was done correctly. They did so without any extra charges. I could not be more satisfied and I would not hesitate to recommend Heating Specialities.
