AJ Petrunis Inc

Signed a contract with Mark A. Petrunis for new gas service and a new boiler installation. In the contract, it clearly stated that the company (A.J. Petrunis) would be responsible for the chimney inspection and I would be responsible for a new liner if necessary. I contacted the company that Petrunis told me to contact for the chimney inspection & paid $145 out of pocket for the inspection, believing we would be reimbursed when the new boiler was installed. 2 days after South Jersey Gas installed our new gas service & meter, Mark A. Petrunis emailed us to cancel the contract. I have been in contact with Mark A. Petrunis who has refused to refund our out of pocket expense. When I asked who his boss was, the response I got was "I'll let you figure that out on your own." Very unprofessional service.

All was done professionally and quickly

For the most recent job, I had a leak under my bathroom sink and one slight leak in the water supply to the toilet. The repairman immediately diagnosed the issue with the sink as being a cracked plastic washer, which he replaced with a rubber washer. The leak in the water supply to the toilet was from a part that needed replacing. When there was still a leak after replacing that part, it turned out that the flush valve in the toilet was also worn causing it to leak. The gentleman went out to his truck, got the new part, replaced the old flush valve, and the leak was fixed. He arrived on time and the job was completed in about an hour.

They are great. They have done a lot of work for me. They did my water holding tank, water heater, stuff in my apartment and ran drainage that froze. Their work is excellent and they are excellent. I had a problem once with some work done and they stood behind it. They came out and cleaned up the mess and fixed the problem. They refunded me the money and fixed it the right way. They are very reputable. They are fair priced.
