Terrible. The owner came out. He said he had the equipment in our area & would do it for a somewhat reasonable price if I okayed it right away. I told him I wanted to check with my husband. My husband was ok with it & I told the owner to go ahead. By the time he got done the job, it was at least a month with several call backs. On one, the workman left our pump running and it almost flooded my neighbors house. The work was poor, the problem was not fixed, the owner kept giving me a hard sell & the price was several thousand dollars more than what he had quoted me.
