Description of Work: I was getting quotes to have the exterior of my 2-story house repainted along with some woodwork (trim repair, etc.) This was one of the first companies that came out to provide me with pricing and I felt very good about the guy quoting me and his experience, etc. He left my property saying that I would receive a formal quotation via fax in the next couple days. After two weeks of trying to reach them by phone or email I gave up and went with another company. If this company had gotten back to me I would have used them for the work because I liked what the guy was telling me about what needed to be done and how they would do it. I actually paid about $500 more to have another company do the work but I'm very happy with my choice.

Description of Work: I called this company and made an appointment to get an estimate for handyman work in the bathroom. The appointment was made for October 19, 2011 between 5 and 6 PM. They never came and they never called. I thought that perhaps there might have been some sort of misunderstanding so I called again on October 22nd. I spoke to a "Steve", explained what had happened and he assured me that there must have been a mistake and made an appointment for October 24th again between 5 and 6 PM. I waited and waited and no one came and no one called. I do not understand why this company would do this TWICE! it was unprofessional and speaks to their reliability.

Description of Work: I used TheHandyManCan for remodeling our bathroom. The last time I used him was in April 2010. We had two bathrooms remodeled and one was in October of 2009.
