Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel, Flooring
Shower door leaking, sink leaking, toilet leaking. Flooring installed in master bath incorrectly. Pieces cut too small and placed(1 5/8" )in most visible area. Other pieces, as well. Contractor came back to fix the leaking shower door, sink, and toilet. Shower door still leaking coming back to fix. Refused to do anything to correct the flooring, hung up on my husband on the phone, cancelled coming back to again reseal around the shower door. He sent us a letter, after we disputed payment made for the floor installation ($700). He claimed no responsibility for the job and he has been paid in full for all work. One year warranty has not been honored and we have to hire someone else to redo his work. Definitely do not recommend The Water Closet.
