The buyers ended up not buying my home based on the inspectors report.

Mr Chadwick actually arrived about 15 minutes early. The realtor was also there. He had already inspected the roof with pictures also. When I arrived he told me what he had done in detail. I went along with him on the rest of the inspection, asking questions and just watching everything he did. We discussed each room. At the conclusion, he talked with us about what he found and gave us his recommendations. Very professional.
