Roof leak needed to be repaired by another company within 2 years of job. Staircase in living room poorly built and unsightly - builder unable to remedy, offered no solution or compensation. Poorly installed vinyl siding detached from framing over front entrance within one year. Poor workmanship and low quality materials used for trim throughout job. Left home unlocked and accessible to trespassing and petty theft. Items of minor value missing from home when owner returned. Incomplete clean-up of debris created during demolition phase e.g. basement, kitchen cabinets filled with dust and insulation.
