Eric was great- very prompt and professional. He installed a concrete ribbon driveway, new sidewalks and curb. Excellent job. Would hire again.

I retract my previous 5 star review from 12-29-2014. Riptide cut my $349 railing section too short ,which now created a safety hazard of someone falling 10 feet to the ground. I spoke to Eric (Riptide owner) on Friday, July 6, 2018, he said he would be at my home the following week. He never showed up or even called. I called him again on Saturday July 14, 2018 and left a message on his phone to call me about when he would be coming to repair this safety issue. I stated that I would revise my review to 1 star if I did not hear from him, well here it is July 17, 2018 still have not received a call from Eric I spent over $17,000 on this deck project . Also, I noticed now that some screws on the railings were not even assembled properly and are now falling out. I would not recommend Riptide or ever use them again.

I called for snow removal service and within 5-10 minutes I was connected to Riptide Contracting given the cost of the project and the time they would be there. They showed up when expected, did a great job, no hassle at all. Would highly recommend them.

Eric and his crew worked well together and strived to do a good job through and through. I was very pleased with their work. I would recommend their services to anyone , just make sure you establish how you want to communicate with Eric and be forward with him about all the details that matter to you about the job. Eric is a good man.

The deck came out beautifully, the only complaint I have is how long it took - months, the team working one day a week. However the deck is gorgeous and we're very happy with the workmanship.

Eric called me within 5 minutes of my request online, he was here by EOB to inspect my yard and his crew was here the next morning to remove a massive amount of leaves from our yard. They were very nice and Eric was a pleasure to meet. I can't help looking out my windows because our yard now looks so beautiful without all the leaves. I would recommend Eric and his company to anyone.

Had these guys do a leaf cleanup in my yard and there were a LOT of leaves. Showed up as promised when Eric said they would and did an excellent job for a very good price beating a local guy I've used before by more than $100. Eric introduced himself and was very friendly and him and his guys did a great job. Would and will absolutely hire them again!!!

The owner of this company, Eric Remig, installed a beautiful paver patio for me last week and I couldn't be more satisfied!!! Eric was a pleasure to deal with! He was very professional, friendly, responsive, and very customer focused which made the experience great! His employees worked tremendously hard, were highly skilled and meticulous. The owner/operator of this company, Eric Remig, is professional, courteous and very hard working…and so is his crew. He does WHAT he says he's gonna do WHEN he says he's gonna do it, and for a fair price. He installed a concrete driveway with paver edging and had creative ideas. I would highly recommend Riptide.

From our first phone call Eric, owner of Riptide was responsive,informative and above all patient. He walked us through the whole project. We needed the porch enlarged and a handicap ramp installed..His employee's are very professional and work well as a team. At the last moment I wanted landscapeing done and it was done the very next day...As seniors we think every thing is too expensive, but with Riptide you feel you got your money's worth.

I can't tell you how refreshing it was to call a contractor for an estimate and receive a call from them within a couple of hours. My deck is beautiful and exactly what I wanted, The job was started and completed in the time frame that I discussed with Eric.
