Description of Work: Cost was a percentage of selling price. Peter was on time for every appt., gave us lots of necessary information, knows the area, was always available. Really helped us sell our house and within a few weeks we had an offer.

Description of Work: My husband and I met with Peter only once so far to see a house. It turned out that it was not what we were looking for. A couple of weeks later, he previewed another home for us, describing the pros and cons. We've spoken on the phone several times since then and are going to meet with him tomorrow to look at the house he previewed for us. Throughout, Peter has been very responsive and professional and we would definitely recommend his services to others.

Description of Work: We chose Peter to represent us as our realtor to purchase a home. TOP 10 THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT PETER FRESSOLA:1) Constant communicator and ALWAYS available! -I mean, seriously! Who picks up their cell at 7:30am! I had to call to leave a message that early due to my work schedule, and Peter picked up! I apologized profusely, but he told me not to worry about it because is job was to be available for me!2) Personable, friendly, and fun! -Looking and buying a home should be as fun and stress-free as possible! We had a blast with Peter! I NEVER felt rushed during our meetings/outings.3) Looks out for YOUR best interests. -We decided to purchase a home which involved dealing with a relocation company (often involves too many "cooks in the kitchen"). Peter helped facilitate communication to make sure everyone was on the same page when it come to negotiation time. I truly don't think the deal would have gone through without him and his efforts!4) Detail oriented. -As a picky consumer, I really appreciated Peter's attention to detail. He follows up to make sure everything is happening according to plan so loose ends get tied up in a pretty bow! He even stopped by the home we were purchasing to make sure the mold remediation was going according to plan!5) YEARS of real estate experience! -I really wanted a realtor with experience especially since the housing bubble burst and LOTS of short sales and foreclosures on the market - most of which are NOT clearly marked as such when searching online. In this buyer's market you want a power-house realtor in your corner! Peter is a knock-out realtor!6) Takes the time to get to know you and your "wants/needs". -After our first outing to see homes, Peter came back to me with more listings he thought would be more in line with what we were looking for which we had overlooked during our own online search.7) A calming force. -Peter helped us stay focused on the business transaction and help keep me from getting emotional during the negotiation process. He talked me off the ledge more than once!8) Research, Research, Research -Peter was awesome at finding out the nitty-gritty for us. It says something when the home appraiser calls and says she's having a hard time finding comps for a particular neighborhood AND your realtor is able to send her that information from the research he did for us when we were planning on making an offer! 9) Punctual -Peter was always on time and usually early! He also didn't make me feel bad when I was running late! :)10) Trustworthy, Honest, and Patient -I always felt I could trust Peter's opinion on questions I had during our search. I never felt he thought of me as a source of commission. I really appreciated his honesty when we were trying to decide which house was right for us.

Description of Work: Peter Fressola, SFR, Sales Associate provided us with a formal Real Estate Services Proposal and home interview when we inquired about putting our home on the market. He inspected the home and drew up a formal presentation with comparables and supporting documentation.
