Peter was friendly, provided good advice, and used effective sales methods. I also found it very easy to communicate and partner with Peter. It was a good time to sell, but Peter still made sure he got as many potential buyers as possible. He also proved his worth during the negotiations from the signing of the contract to the time of closing.

Fantastically. He provided a detailed proposal of his services, explained everything, and offered us a reduced commission because we were selling in order to fund my mother's stay in assisted living. He connected us with a reasonably-priced and eager handyman who took care of all the "fix up" tasks we needed to perform, and kept us on track through every step of the process. And when we put the house on the market, it sold in 4 days.

Having ben the fourth time I have hired a realtor, I knew exactly what I WAS and WAS NOT looking for.  After meeting Peter, I felt he would be able to meet my VERY HIGH expectations.  I was NOT disappointed. It really says something when the Seller's realtor asked me at the closing how long we have known Peter because she thought he was a family friend.  You should have seen the look of shock on her face when I said 2 months!

I was an impulsive walkin at Crossroads Realty on Yorktowne Boulevard in Brick. I spoke with Peter Fressola regarding the concerns my husband and I had about listing our home and whether or not we were ready to sell at this time. We were really on the fence. Peter listened patiently and asked several questions. He then came to the house for a walk through. Within the next day, Peter called asking when he could present his proposal and recommendations. We had scheduling conflicts so it was several days later that we met. Actually, on a Sunday morning! Who goes that extra mile for you?

We were impressed with the information and began to investigate the senior complexes in the area. We should have done that prior to approaching Peter because we soon realized that they weren't for us. We will be staying in our home for a few more years but the experience we had with Peter was top notch. He is patient, professional and a very good listener. We will absolutely be calling on him in a year or so when we are ready to put our home on the market.
