We purchased the computer and purchased the extended 2 year warranty. We've been able to work with the computer up until yesterday and today (2/10/12) the screen went out. We took the computer back to P.C. Richard and they will not honor the warranty. They stated that their warranty doesn't cover the screens and wanted the charge us to fix it. It doesn't make sense to purchase the warranty and then they not honor it. They didn't offer any kind of help. We have since taken it to another place.
