"Angie's List had a snafu in notifying us of your comments. We only recently learned of yours because of notifications from our recent reviews. We were going to just ignore it, but it has been gnawing at us and so here we are. First, let us start off by saying it upsets us that you were anything less than happy with your experience with us. Especially because you were referred to us by your sister who is also a customer of ours. Second you are mistaken in quoting how long your cleaning should take. A job your size should take one person about an hour and a half to complete. I was working with my husband that day with a second machine. Two crews will cut the time in half. We were not in a rush to leave. We were there longer than it should have taken to finish your job. Third, our customer service is what sets us apart from any other company. As stated above, we take our time at every job. We do not ever leave a home without saying these words, "As your carpets dry, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call us. We may not be able to improve upon our original results, but are always willing to try." You never called us, but instead decided to give us a negative review without allowing us a chance to improve upon your original cleaning. Why would you do that? That is probably the most hateful and spiteful thing you can do to a company. We are hands-on with our business - owner and operator. We are growing our business one customer at a time."
