Erik from Nu Wave Electric impressed me with his punctuality, professionalism, and quality of work. Over the years, I have had numerous experiences of working with contractors, electricians, etc. and know first hand how you can end up waiting for people to call back, have difficulty with scheduling, or many other problems. However, working with Nu Wave was a breeze. I called on a Wednesday to set up an estimate and Erik was at my house the next day. Not only did he come when he said he would, but he was even 10 minutes early! On the other hand, I was running late that day and he patiently waited for me. He was very understanding when I explained that I was stuck in traffic. He prepared an estimate on the spot and emailed it to me from my front porch. I had two other estimates done, and had to wait several days for both of them to be emailed. I was in shock when he said he was sending it right then and there. His estimate was fair and reasonable with comparison to other estimates that I had received. We picked a day to install the electric but had to reschedule due to weather. However, he was able to get me on his schedule within a week. The day that we had the work done, he came to the house when he said he would and completed the job perfectly. Both Erik and his other electrician were personable and professional. I was very happy with the quality of their work and would hire them again for electrical work.Thank you for making this an easy process!

When Eric came to our house, he was unsure of the potential damage to the electrical under our house because of Superstorm Sandy. He stated that his estimate would have to be time and materials and could potentially be very costly but he would thoroughly investigate it.
We set up a date for a future visit.
He and Chris came promptly, spent the morning under our house and reported to us that our wiring looked fine. Obviously, we had not sat in water for any length of time.They felt it unnecessary to change our wiring. They did do some repair, but nothing major.
The cost of their visit was minimal. Well worth it to us having them out to reassure us.
They could have spent days under the house and charged thousands of dollars, which they obviously didn't.
We found them to be honest, reputable, and would not hesitate to use them again.

From the beginning until the end everything was done on time, in a professional manner, and at a fair cost.

Family room looks great! Pool table is very visible and easy to play on. The fireplace is nicely highlighted and complements the room. Very neat job! Very professional!
Hall light brightens an otherwise dark passageway and looks great; switch conveniently located.
Erik and Chris work well together, are very polite, and wrapped up the entire job in 3 hours; including a thorough clean up. They left nothing behind.
