Nicosia Construction is a family owned and operated NJ based Construction Company, specializing in outdoor home remodeling, including; patios, outdoor kitchens, driveways, walkways and pools. For over three decades, Nicosia Construction has provided its clients with fresh, innovative and budget friendly solutions for outdoor home improvements. No matter the size of the project, each client receives the full Nicosia treatment - from the artistic drawings and designs, all the way to job completion. Nicosia has been designing and building these yards for over 3 decades, and these great design comes from a huge imagination.

"We always welcome honest feedback from our customers! However, this review does not appear to be from a customer, but more likely from a competitor. A bit of background: From 2004 to 2010, patios that were 2 feet high did not require a permit. That’s because they were less than 3 steps up and under 30 inches high. We had two instances where we had previous customers selling their house after 2011. These customers, whose patios were completed between 2004 and 2010, called us to inquire about the newly-required permit. We explained to them that while the permit was not required at the time we completed their job (only a zoning permit was required and obtained), we were happy to help! We personally went and obtained the newly-required permit for our previous customers. These homeowners were so grateful that we stood behind our work and helped them out. We were likewise happy to address this with any other customers who fell within this window, but there were no other instances. We love making our customers happy, and we stand behind our work!
