He was concerned not only with getting the job done; but getting the wiring cleaned up so that it was not as jumbled up.He replaced outlets so that they looked uniform and not a hodgepodge of different colors. I blew a fuse1 when I changed a delicate glass light bulb knocking out a whole line. I checked the box, shut everything off and back on to try resetting. I called KRASA at 7:30 pm expecting an answering machine, but KRASA answered! He promised to make me the first call in the morning so that I could get to work! KRASA arrived at 8:30 am, removed the panel, which I would be afraid to do, quickly diagnosed and re-attached and tightened the wires, preventing fire threat and gave me a VERY REASONABLE bill! QUICK!!THOROUGH!!! SAFE!!! REASONABLE!!!
