Gustavo is amazing! He was recommended by a friend from town and the day we closed he met us at the house with a bottle of wine to give us an estimate. He started work 2 days later.
He had great ideas throughout the process and was able to get our home in move in condition in a month including taking down walls, removing wallpaper in every room, painting, and working around other contractors schedules, i.e. flooring contractors.
He gave us great recommendation for flooring company to use as well.
Since we were still in Summit when all the work was being done he acted as a GC, giving us daily updates on the process, sending us pictures, taking in deliveries that came during the day (4 toilets were delivered one day).
His work was amazing and we trusted him and his staff to lock up and keep an eye on our home. His staff is very professional and courteous as well.
They were on schedule and we were able to move into a beautiful home on time.
Since moving in Gustavo has finished our basement, and was able to spray our ceiling which turned out very cool looking and saved ceiling height which we needed as my husband is very tall. He painted the entire exterior of our home brick and siding and it made a huge difference. He also painted our kitchen cabinets and built additional cabinet and I'm so happy with the outcome!
It was a pleasure working with Gustavo!! He had great ideas along the way when we were in the design process and we really enjoy planning projects and seeing the outcome with his company.
