ring the process of both backsplash and floor everything went fine.  Jim did a great job. However, after Jim left,on January 31st,2014 , we started to put a light plate on the wall we noticed there was a hole in the backsplash that needed to be filled, also under the window sill. These holes were the size of a finger nail, which would not have taken but 15-20 minutes to re-grout.  Also one tile on the floor needed to be replaced due to Jim cutting it about an inch or so because of the way the old cabinets were, but we did not notice until we picked up the carpet and saw there was a small piece out of the tile. I called Jim, he said he would call me on a Thursday evening and come by Friday if he finished his other job, I never heard back. Since that time I have called Jim and left messages at least four times and NO RESPONSE !  I paid Jim and thought he was different from most other contractors, but it turned out he is no different, once they receive the money !   Be Careful
My suggestion make sure everything is done before he leaves !
It is now costing extra money  to get someone else to come into my home to complete what would have taken Jim no more than probably 45 minutes in total
I would have originally given Jim an A for this overall review, but can't due to the way things turned out
