 + -1 moreIt went great. He came to our home and had a great variety of samples. He said it would take about five weeks for the awning to arrive and it did. Hecame back with a helper and installed it. This was a replacement for the one we lost from Sandy. He was able to use the existing wiring. We love the awning! This was our second time using the provider. We had recommended them to friends but had misplaced their contact information. Our friends were very happy with them and gave us the contact information.
Description of Work: Sold us & installed an awning for our deck.

 + -1 moreThe worker that came took parts with him to see if he could repair/replace them. He called and left a message stating he couldn't do anything with them and never returned the parts. We have left them up to 20 messages with no response. Even though the parts are broken we still want them to see if someone else could repair it. It has been over 3 months and we still don't have them and they have been very unresponsive. I am very surprised at the unprofessionalism of this company and want to warn people of how they conduct their business.
Description of Work: They gave us an estimate for repair of an awning.
