John Guzzi came by the next day after my call to inspect the problem area from above and below, and texted me a quote the next day. The work required removal of a solar panel to get access to the problem area of the roof, which I arranged with a solar contractor. Once this was done Guzzi Roofing were able to schedule the work within a few days; they arrived on time and clearly explained what was to be done. They removed two layers of shingles over a plywood panel, replaced the plywood panel, and then applied two layers of new shingles. They also replaced shingles in areas affected by the solar panels, and checked the rest of the roof and performed minor repairs as needed. All debris was removed and the area was fully cleaned. Price charged was exactly as quoted.
