I am writing this review since I was happy with how everything turned out. This is not something that everyone knows how to do.
I called multiple plumbers only to find out that they never even installed a RO water filter. I finally called Eric and he agreed to do the job even though he was swamped with work due to Hurricane Sandy. I appreciated this very much because a lot of the contractors have the same problem from Sandy. Actually there is so much work to be done at the Jersey Shore that people are on wait lists. He gave me a reasonable quote and said it would have to be done on a Sunday morning, since that was the only day he had some free time.
Brian and Eric came over but Brian did the installation. He quickly installed this water filter without any problems. He also has a lot of experience in installing whole house water filter systems so this was not a problem for him. I like that he answered
all of my questions.
I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a water filter system installed. Both Brian and Eric were
easy to work with. They were both pleasant and professional and knew how to do the job required.
I would like add that Eric helped me out with picking up a heavy bookcase from the floor which had fallen over and was too heavy for me to pick up. He was recuperating from an injury to his back but he was nice enough to pick it up anyway for me. I was willing to pay him for it as I just wanted it off the floor but he wouldn?t take anything.
I will be using them again for future home projects.
