He was not very professional or punctual. He never showed up on the same day of the week and usually had to be called to come cut the grass that week. He would often start to cut the grass and then leave. We would have to call him to come back and finish. Not sure about the blades' height, but by the weekend, you could hardly tell that the grass had been cut that week.
Also, we paid in advance for 6 fertilizer applications. However, by September, he had only applied twice. He had to be asked about the second time or I don't think he would have done it.
Would not recommend him to anyone. Totally bad experience.
