Very well! They were the only company willing to come out to give an estimate on site. They were on time, even in the cold weather. They took their time and explained all of the steps involved and included me in the testing to confirm that everything was done as I wanted. I would definitely use them again and refer them to any of my friends.

"[Member Name Removed], Unfortunately, Dimmer switches are almost always an option. They can always be installed afterwards without issues. We apologize that they were not installed, but we would be willing to install without an issue. In Addition, we had to make several trips back and forth and chose not to charge additional for these trips as your kitchen plans had changed numerous times. We pride ourself in quality work and if there is anything we can work out further please contact us and we would be happy to work things out. Thanks, Andy De Santo Owner"

They showed up as promised and completed the work, which required replacing two light fixtures and work in attic to complete installation. Did a quality job and left the work area clean. Was very satisfied and would recommend to others.

The technician did not do the job and had to convince him to install the dimmer I had purchased. I paid $210.00 to change a light switch and install a dimmer.

DeSanto Electric came to replace my attic fan, which had burned out.  Overall, they where all I could ask for; friendly yet professional, prompt, non-disruptive.  Oscar was even great with my dog.  I would certainly recommend them and should I ever (god forbid) need more work done, I'll be calling them.

I was anxious to have all the projects completed on my home before Memorial Day Weekend.  Although the rewiring of my crawl space was scheduled for next week, DeSanto had a cancellation and remembered my dilemma and came to the  rescue.  

Not only do they perform their job efficiently, but they are understanding and caring.
