Finished on schedule as promised. quality job, and great staff.

The project was moving along well and my experiences with the office and representatives was fine. However, the painters did not show on the day they were scheduled. I was informed one of them was sick. I was told that they were looking for replacements. I called a few times to see if they were doing the work or not. I did not get a response until the evening. I wasted the entire day sitting around wondering if anybody was going to come that day. The job was shifted to the next two days. I had to cancel several appointments that were scheduled for Saturday as a result. Then when painters were leaving Friday, I was told they would be back at 8:00AM but showed an hour late. The actual painting job was done well.

My advice to all is that if you are about to move into a different home have it painted before actually moving out. I know that is not always possible money wise and other concerns. Ceasar moved the stuff to the middle of the rooms and covered everything up well and worked around it. We have a townhouse with some very high ceilings. They had the ladders and stuff to do the job. We appreciated Ann's help with the color selection. Ceasar and his crew worked very very hard and did a great job painting, repairing the walls and removing the wallpaper. Removing the bathroom wallpaper very very tough.

The entire experience with Certa_Pro was a pleasure. We were having our whole interior painted, Ann helped us define the parameters of our project, the office staff was responsive to our emails, and the actual painting crew was phenomenal. They were respectful, professional, and prompt and did a fantastic job. We were not as disrupted as we anticipated, they completed the whole house in 4 days. I am very picky, and they did excellent work, and cleaned up everything. There was not a drop of paint left anywhere. Highly satisfied, and happy to recommend them.

From first contact with Anna Krasnik, Office Manager, our entire experience was truly a pleasure. We appreciated Anna's efficiency with regard to setting up our estimate, patient and prompt responses to questions and her followup. Our project was supervised by Sebastion who was a delight to work with. Prep work and painting was done with efficiency and precision. Each evening, there was great effort to do a thorough cleanup before leaving. We did have one "miscommunication" but that was handled and resolved by the franchise owner, Peter Throndson, with professionalism and class. This was the best painting experience we have had in the 30 years we've owned our home. Without any hesitation, we highly recommend CertaPro, Eastern Monmouth.

The entire experience, from meeting Al Jones for the estimate to coordinating the work with Anna Krasnik (the project manager), was outstanding. The job was completed without incident, and the workmanship was excellent. They were able to repair some trim rather than replace it, so money was saved. This was complicated job with a lot of high ceiling repair required prior to painting. Customer service was excellent. Sebastion and Alec were easy to work with, moved things without hesitation, cleaned up when done. They were efficient and pleasant - exactly the combination you want in your home.

The customer service experience was outstanding from beginning to end. The estimate was accurate and the project manager, Ann Crisak, stood behind the job 100% and made sure it was done to my satisfaction. She sent her painter back for touch-up work free of charge. The painters were diligent and took pride in their work. They cleaned up every day prior to leaving the job and were considerate of family when working on the job. I would recommend Ann and the CertaPro painters.

They did a good job in painting the siding of the house. The only critism I have is that they did not vacuum/clean the paint chips before they left, as they promised.

The contractor was extremely professional, showed up on time. They did an excellent job, very clean. They cleaned up after themselves and were very proffessional. His pricing was dramatically better than others, almost half what i'd been quoted.
